Graston Technique® is a form of manual therapy that is used to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries and chronic pain conditions.
The Graston Technique® uses specially designed stainless steel instruments to help Dr. Domier detect and treat areas of soft tissue dysfunction. The instruments are used to apply pressure to the affected area, breaking up scar tissue, and adhesions, promoting healing, and increasing blood flow to the area.
The technique is often used in conjunction with other forms of physical therapy, such as stretching and strengthening exercises, to help patients recover from injuries and reduce pain. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome, among others.
